On St. Croix, bus service be-tween Christiansted and Fred-eriksted runs at regular intervals between 5:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. daily, except Sunday. Passenger ferries run six times daily between Charlotte Am- alie, St. Thomas and Cruz Bay, St. John (45 minutes; $10 adults, $3 children); and on the hour from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. from Red Hook, St. Thomas to Cruz Bay, St. John (15 minutes; $5 adults, $1 children).
Car ferries run between Red Hook, St. Thomas and Enighed Pond, St. John, on the hour from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The cost is $52 round-trip.
Passenger ferries travel from Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, to West End, Tortola (45 minutes, $42 round trip) and Road Town, Tortola (11?2 hours, $42 round trip). From Red Hook, St. Thomas and Cruz Bay, St. John, the trip to Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands is 45 minutes, $45 round-trip and the trip on to Virgin Gorda is 11?4 hours and $42 round-trip. Trips from Cruz Bay, St. John to Fajardo, Puerto Rico run on weekends (2 hours, $60 round trip).
